Ever since my mission I have treasured this! It lets you code your notes and markings in your own way so you can see quickly what a topic is or how the scripture relates to some particular part of your life. There are no concerns about what will happen on the other side of the page. Some pages in my scriptures are marked with treasured notes and references that I would not be able to keep, let alone recognize, were it not for this handy multiple color pencil.

I absolutely love my 8-color Pentel Scripture Marker Pencil! I tried other markers that were liquid based and they ruined my scriptures because they bled through. Because this had all the colors enveloped in one unit, I gave it a try. The only thing you must be sure you do when changing colors is to make certain the lead you were using is fully retracted. Otherwise, the top will turn but not lock onto the next desired color. But overall, the usefulness of having so many colors is wonderful!

I LOVE this pencil! I have all the colors I need in one unit, thereby negating the need to shuffle through multiple pencils for the right color. I'm truly tickled with it!

I bought this pencil marker actually a couple years ago and except the price, I love it. It's just so handy for scripture marking. I think this marker is GREAT! My kids love it too but I have to stop them play with it, afraid they will destroy it. Briggitta for Hong Kong

I was hesitant about this item because of the price. After looking at it again and again with each visit, I finally spent the money. WOW! Worth every penny. This is a high quality product that warrants the price. Although it is still expensive, it is money well spent. You wont regret owning this one )

It's awesome, although you got to fiddle around with it a bit to get use to it at first, its a awesome marker! especially if you don't like carrying a lot of pencils/crayons with you. It's also smooth on them pages. It's worth paying the cost however because of the price I'd take good care of it!

I bought this for my husband because he didn't want to have to carry 5-6 colored crayons in his scriptures. It has been the greatest gift! It's smooth, simple, and just the right size! With all the colors I was expecting it to be a lot bigger, but it's perfect

an excellent buy, despite the price. The mechanics behind how it works fascinates me, and I love having 8 colors ready and not having to fuss with 8 different pencils. I was a little disappointed that the way the lead came out wasn't more "automatic", and I accidently broke one of them. Other than that, I'm very happy with it!

I bought this while in the MTC 18 years ago, when it was cheaper. I LOVE it. It's smooth, precise, doesn't bleed, tear pages or need to be sharpened. I wish there were refill packs. I ration using it because of the price. If it were like $15 bucks, more people would buy it and enjoy it. It's a FANTASTIC product, I want one for everyone in my family but it's hard to justify the price for 'crayons'. Manufacturer, lower the price and make up the profit in sales volume, please! We all should have one.

I bought my first Pentel Marker Pencil when my husband and I were at the MTC before going on our mission. I loved it, and have since, 15 years later, gone through three. They are expensive, but worth every penny. I wish they didn't cost so much as I would love to give them away to friends and investigators. Maybe Pentel would consider shaving off a few bucks???

I really love this pencil. It has all the colors you need, you can get replacement led if you need to, it doesn't smudge, it doesn't bleed, and it is super easy to use.
