This Bible is made with bonded leather covers (reconstituted leather fibers), lightweight acid-free paper, gilded page edges and ribbon markers. It is not thumb-indexed. Size is approximately 5¼″ x 8¼″. The color and texture of bonded leather scriptures may vary.

The scriptural text of the LDS edition of the Holy Bible in Spanish is based on the 1909 edition of the Reina-Valera Bible. This text underwent a very conservative revision, focusing on modernizing some of the outdated grammar and vocabulary that had shifted in meaning and acceptability.
