Great "all in one" study companion

by Kerry - reviewed on July 25, 2006

This book is a great all in one reference guide for the BOM. It is in an easy to use 'dictionary' style... so everything is at your fingertips. Really helps motivate you to seek further clarification on topics.

I have given this book away as a gift and recommend it to all Book of Mormon students. It is well worth the cost.

Great book - poor maps

by Fielding - reviewed on July 14, 2005

A magnificent, authoritative and complete reference. My only complaint is the incredibly small lettering and hard-to-follow graphics in the map suggesting possible geography of the Book of Mormon. Great for the serious student of the Book of Mormon.

Outstanding reference to the Book of Mormon.

by Carol - reviewed on September 23, 2008

I would highly recommend this book to any teacher or student of the Book of Mormon. I have used a number of other reference or commentary books in preparing to teach gospel doctrine classes and this one is the best. Well worth the price.

Excellent Reference for the Book of Mormon

by Neil - reviewed on March 08, 2007

I find this book to be an excellent source for refrence. In my opinion this blows 'A Dictionary of the Book of Mormon'--written by George Reyonlds--out of the water. I was content with my purchase, finding it to be a book of which I find myself drawing towards often. Excellent authorship. I highly recommend the book to all.

Great Reference Book

by Amanda - reviewed on September 19, 2008

This is a wonderful book to add to your library. It has so many descriptions of different topics in the Book of Mormon. My husband and I usually pick a topic that we don't know much about and then learn about that topic for family home evening every week. It is really interesting the stuff this book teaches us.

Excellent resource for one's personal LDS library

by Jay - reviewed on November 04, 2012

This is an excellent encyclopedic reference for a serious study in the Book of Mormon. A must have reference book for the LDS library. It provides greater depth on many topics listed in the LDS Dictionary. The book has excellent schematics, tables, and graphical pictures. It will definitely be welcomed as a cherished gift (i.e. Christmas, birthday, graduation, etc.) by anyone that loves the Book of Mormon.
