Best Food Storage Book in Years

I can't believe the things that are in this book that actually tell you how to make such simple things. I love the recipes for powdered milk, eggs and the cream of soup, etc... This book has changed my entire way of cooking. I'm not sure I would've ever opened my can of milk and eggs and known exactly what all I could do with them-now I don't know how I lived without them. I find this book very easy to read and love all the hints, tips and tricks too. By using the beans as a substitute for butter and oil is so handy to know. I especially loved the dehydrating section with veggies and fruits. I never knew food storage could be so easy and fun too. I've sat thru many classes but they always touched only on wheat and this actually covers everything our ancestors used to know.
