Product Description
This largely popular Christmas story highlights the miserable life of Ebenezer Scrooge and the humble innocence of his employee, Bob Cratchit. Through a series of eye-opening experiences, Scrooge realizes the things missing in his life and the effect that his bitterness is having on others. A complex literary piece, there is also a bigger picture to the story as we see Scrooge represents the coldness of winter, and, just as winter is followed by spring and the renewal of life, so too is Scrooge's cold heart restored to the rejuvenated cheerfulness he had known in his youth.
