I'm on my way

I’m not going to lie; I’m what you call “domestically challenged”. On my list of homemaking skills- meal planning and cooking would be a tie for dead last. I know incorporating food storage into our every day meals is of great importance. And though I know I need to do it, trying to figure out the whole system makes me want to reach for my husband’s inhaler.
Liesa Card’s humorous approach relaxed me. Page by page, my anxiety dispersed as I realized I could actually do this. Liesa and I are simpatico. We share the same love for cooking (read: lack there of). And yet, she’s come up with a brilliant food storage system. The system is simple (thanks to Liesa doing the hard work), it satisfies taste buds AND provident living, and contains enough diagrams and pictures to satisfy us visual learners. Absolutely loved it!
