About the Authors
Mark Geslison is the director of the Folk Music Ensembles at BYU, where he has spent several years researching, teaching, and performing traditional folk music. He plays in multiple bands and is the founder of the Institute of American Music.
Geoff Groberg has been involved with music from a young age. At BYU, he grew to love traditional styles of folk music. He also enjoys performing in folk music bands.
