About the Author
John Bytheway is a bestselling author, favorite speaker, and part-time instructor at Brigham Young University. His many titles include Heroes: Lessons from the Book of Mormon; Standards Night Live; Isaiah for Airheads; A Crash Course in Teenage Survival; Behind Every Good Man and his most recent book, Of Pigs, Pearls & Prodigals. He has also created numerous talks on CD, many of which are combined in The John Bytheway Collection, Vols. 1 and 2.
John served a mission to the Philippines and holds a master’s degree in Religious Education. He and his wife, Kimberly, have six children.

This Video is cut-up segments for other talks with a little preview from John. They are arranged in order of topic. They each range from a few minutes to maybe 18 min. It is a fantastic way to begin FHE so you can discuss what has been said. We have an 8, 12 and 14 yr old and we've been doing this for about 7 weeks now of FHE. Last week they actually asked to watch another mini segment AFTER FHE was over. (and it wasn't even bedtime yet so not just a delay tactic) As a Parent i find it a great tool to enrich a topic I wish to discuss as well as an aid to pick a topic.

Well worth the 3hr road block at the hoover dam. Our family of 6 loved it, really helped pass the time on our drive home to Canada and now my kids are forever in love with Alma 47:6 !!! thanks so much for what you have done.

I loved this video. My family loves John Bytheway. He is great at teaching the gospel while having fun and laughter along the way. I love the video because it has short clips and can be shown for many family nights. Thanks John!

Our family loves John Bytheway, so it wasn't surprising that they enjoyed this DVD very much!! He brings so much fun to Family Home Evenings with his wonderful humor, but makes you truly think about gospel topics on a whole other level. I definitely would recommend this DVD and will be giving it as gifts for Christmas next year!

What a great DVD! I already own Brother Bytheway's other DVDs, but it's so nice to his talks broken into smaller segments based on gospel topics. I can't wait to use it in Family Home Evening! Thanks, Brother Bytheway, for all you do!

This DVD is a great addition to your FHE collection. We have used it several times and our whole family(ages 5-15 and 2 adults) love watching it over and over! John's humor and entertaining ways of telling stories and sharing messages is wonderful and keeps your attention while teaching you at the same time!
