Construction & Composition: All our painted signs, picture frames and clocks begin their journey in our design lab. Once the design has been reviewed and tested we carve blank versions of our products from 4ft by 10ft sheets of MDF. Our wood is supplied domestically by a lumber mill in Minnesota that practices sustainable timber farming. The sawdust and scrap material created by this process is ground down and picked up by local dairy farmers who use the material as bedding for their cattle. The blank items are then hand sanded and moved into the finishing department. There we use screen printing techniques similar to that practiced in the T-Shirt industry to lay down the various colors in our designs. The final pieces are assembled and packaged by hand and ready for shipment.
Care: Clean with a damp cloth and wipe dry. This item is not intended for outdoor use and exposure to water may cause irreversible damage.
