I've got to say, this book is really, really good. As a fan of this particular style of fiction, I was extremely impressed with his sequence of events. Also, as a resident of the DC Metro area and a politician, I was intrigued by the geopolitical accuracy and the author's knowledge of how Washington works. In fact, the elements presented in this storyline are almost identical to things I have written about for years (nothing published, of course). I think Bro. Stewart is closer to the truth than most readers realize. This is a great 'middle book'. I finished it in hours.

A must read for every reader. Chris Stewart makes this series so realistic just like the way it may have happened all the way through how it could happen. This series has opened my eyes to really being prepared for the unknown.

This book is very interesting, exciting, tense. A sit-on-the-edge-of-your-seat kind of story. Thought provoking regarding events that so closely resemble recent & current events, and future possibilities. I read it in short doses to get a good feel for the whole story, so I wouldn't miss anything & so I could ponder on the very real concepts of good & evil. There is a very good story of love and commitment, and though many sad & destructive events are depicted, there is still hope that good can and will triumph over evil. If you're looking for real adventure, a grab-you-in-the-first-chapter book, this is it.
Inspiring, Insightful & Engrossing

Very, very hard to put down. Start reading it early in the evening - otherwise you'll be up until 1 a.m. like me! Although this is a work of fiction, I'm learning about the gospel too. For instance, the Spirit saying to one of the characters you have to start by helping yourself before I can really help you. And how the evil one works in our lives. I can't wait to complete the series.
