About the Author
Singer/songwriter Cherie Call was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, and has been performing in front of appreciative audiences since she was three. By the time she turned 13, Cherie was writing and performing many of her own songs. Since graduating with a music degree from Brigham Young University, she has recorded six albums of her original songs and has been honored with several Pearl Awards from the Faith Centered Music Association. Her albums include Beneath the Stars, He Gives Flowers to Everyone and Gifts. Cherie lives in Utah with her husband, Joe, and daughter, Sydney.
Simply amazing

I heard Sis Call during a TOFW and girls. My teenage daughter and I fell in love with her music instantly. We bought three of her cd's- one of them being "He Gives Flowers to Everyone". Two years later, she is still our favorite. We REALLY like her unique style and voice- but, we LOVE her testimony and messages in each of her songs. Cherie Call has filled our home, cars, ipods, and hearts with music that talks about real life and how our Father is there to help and love each of us. I hope for many more cds.
Songs for everyone

To me, the song "He Gives Flowers to Everyone" exemplifies one of Cherie Call's strengths: she truly is writing for everyone. Her songs show empathy and appreciation for women at different points in their lives and in different situations. Because of this, her listeners also gain insight into sisters whose lives may be different from their own but whose hearts are surely much the same.

This is an amazing CD by Cherie Call, i like all of her music but this CD is by far the best! All of the songs have a different message and i love each and every one of them. I would recommend this to anyone, teens and adults alike. My favorite song on this CD is "Beautiful" because it makes me feel good about myself and inspires me to see the real beauty in others.

Nice melodies conceal a do-it-on-your own philosophy. Lyrics like this: "This mountain wasn't nearly the first one that I'd moved God had seen my victory Every time I put my weaknesses behind me And I close my eyes and let His mercy find me" God only offers His mercy after we have conquered our weaknesses? For a "Christian" artist Cherie doesn't focus on the hope of what Christ does for us, but rather on what we have to do to get to His grace. Where is the beautiful grace that is proclaimed in the Bible? "But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners." Romans 5:8
