About the Author
John Bytheway is a bestselling author, favorite speaker, and part-time instructor at Brigham Young University. His many titles include Heroes: Lessons from the Book of Mormon; Standards Night Live; Isaiah for Airheads; A Crash Course in Teenage Survival; Behind Every Good Man and his most recent book, Of Pigs, Pearls & Prodigals. He has also created numerous talks on CD, many of which are combined in The John Bytheway Collection, Vols. 1 and 2.
John served a mission to the Philippines and holds a master’s degree in Religious Education. He and his wife, Kimberly, have six children.

Great way to spend a night at home!

I enjoyed watching this at home one night with scriptures in hand. Brother Bytheway provides striking insight into the lives of the people of the Book of Mormon, making it entertaining and beneficial to spend a night on the couch. I loved how 'real' these heroes became to me. --A New Fan

Excellent! Fanstatic! What inspiration to get into the Book of Mormon! This is a great DVD for giving a brief look at heros of the Book of Mormon and take a deeper look in 'the greatest book ever written.' John loves the Book of Mormon and it shows! He does a superior job of giving great hereos and how they fit into todays world!

I'm 53, single, with no children and loved this DVD because Bro. Bytheway has brought me better understanding of prophets and others in the Book of Mormon as people. His delivery is exceptional, his humor is appropraite, and his talks and books are uplifting for everyone.
