About the Author
Brad Wilcox is an associate professor in the department of Teacher Education at Brigham Young University, where he also works with programs such as Especially for Youth and Campus Education Week. As a young man, he served his mission in Chile, and he was later called back to that country to preside over the Chile Santiago East Mission from 2003 to 2003. He currently serves as a member of the Sunday School general board.
Brad is the author of the bestselling book The Continuous Atonement and the BYU devotional “His Grace Is Sufficient.” He and his wife, Debi, are the parents of four children and grandparents of three.
Helped bring me back in to activity

I met Brad while on my mission, teaching a young man in California. Little did i know how much he'd help me later on as i fell in to inactivity. I bought the talk on CD and listened to it over and over on my long drives with work. He touched on the things that many of us struggle with, yet rarely hear the remedies for. Thanks Brad for giving me hope to change by understanding the atonement a little better.

This is a beautiful, inspiring talk about the Atonement of Jesus Christ and how it works in the repentance process. Bro. Wilcox gives great examples and hope for those of us who feel like we are constantly repenting of the same things over and over again, and how mortality is a process, not an overnight "give away all my sins" situation.

When we or our loved ones fall prey to the temptations of everyday life, these inspired words by Brad Wilcox can bring us peace. Through this great talk I have gained more insght and a better understanding of the continous atonement and of the great love our Savior has for us. One to listen to over and over again and share with others.

I often feel like what Nephi wrote: "... Oh wretched man that I am! Yea, my heart sorroweth because of my flesh; my soul grieveth because of mine iniquities. I am compassed about, because of the temptations and the sins which do so easily beset me. And when I desire to rejoice, my heart groaneth because o my sins . . ." I do not think he had any big sins to confess, but I understand how he felt. I often make the same mistakes over and over and this talk by Brad Wilcox really helped me.
