About the Author
John Bytheway is a bestselling author, favorite speaker, and part-time instructor at Brigham Young University. Brother Bytheway is always a solid choice for gift giving. You can count on him to share an important Gospel message with humor and directness. No wonder he is a favorite of the youth. I like knowing I can give one of his cd's to the young people in my life and trust him to teach them timeless principles in an engaging way.

No matter how many times I hear them I always learn something new from these talks. Not only do I learn from his insights but have alsp learned how to look deeper into the scriptures to gain insights of my own, an invaluable tool. everyone should have this - you'll wonder why you didn't know about it sooner !

It is always a pleasure to listen to one of Brother Bytheway's talks. His scriptural and doctrinal insights help us bring additional aspects of the gospel into the daily round of conversation in our home, and his humor will make us smile and even laugh out loud. This collection is wonderful for families with young children, grown children, or no children, but Brother Bytheway's style make it especially appropriate for families with teenagers. I applaud John Bytheway for his insight and his love for the gospel as he teaches through his talks. Our family shares his CDs and have enjoyed every one. We have learned and grown from John's knowledge and love for the Savior. My mother and my grandchildren are now involved with them as well. The tradition goes on.... Thanks, John, for your great example to us all.

Each one of the CD's in this collection is full of great messages that could touch anyones heart. John is a great youth leader but we as adults can learn just as much from his wonderful insights and wise counsel about living the gospel. Our family are huge fans! I highly recommend his collections to everyone.

I am not a teenager, but listen to many of these over and over again. I learn something new everytime and I find it much better than listening to the radio. I love Turn off the TV and get a Life.

John Bytheway speaks to the youth of our church. However, how many of us have been told over and over again to be as a little child. Let me tell you although he is talking to teens there isn't one among us that can not use these words to inspire and uplift us.

I had heard him at EFY before, and my husband had listened to some of his books on tape. My mother-in-law got this for us around our first anniversary and we listen to it so much! We've been through the CDs too many times that I've lost count. Now my mom is borrowing them to listen to him. His way of talking about the gospel and trials is spectacular for teens. Its amazing, though, how many things have just fallen into place in my mind by listening to his approach on these subjects. And, to top it off, he does one awesome Don Knotts impression!

This is amazing. My mother loves it & she's not even a member of the Church. John has such a strong spirit when he speaks, and it's awesome to notice the time line in Brother Bytheway's life over these talks by him referencing being single all the way through to having 6 children. John Bytheway is AMAZING & this collection is my favorite!

I have played these CD over and over, each time I learn something new. I very seldom listen to the radio anymore. I took the CD's with me to visit my Sister's in Washington and they fell in love with the lessons that John teaches. I fell that he has given me a greater understanding of the Book of Mormon and after listening to one of his talks, I can not wait to go to the book of Mormon to read for myself the story he has just told. Thank you John.
