Product Description
Texting can be a great way to communicate. It's fun, it's easy, and it's fast. But if you're not careful, it can really take over your life! How can teens-and their parents and leaders-learn to use this tool more wisely?
In this new talk on CD, favorite youth speaker Brad Wilcox and his son, Russell Wilcox, help LDS teenagers understand the role the Holy Ghost can play in our lives if we make personal time to meditate on spiritual things and not be consumed with texting 24/7. This motivating fireside presentation is sure to help parents, youth leaders, and especially teenagers.

This talk is fun, but also really opened my eyes and broadened my perspective!

My mom bought this talk on CD for me because she is worried I text TOO much. At first I was a little annoyed that she'd bought it for me, but after I listened to it I was really grateful she had. It was a lot of fun to listen to, and it also helped me realize that texting isn't all bad, but it definitely needs to have a time and a place. I think about 90% of the kids at my school need to listen to this talk as well. Even those who never text can learn some great things from it!
Everybody needs this talk

In our ward we had a media fast and it's amazing how hard it is to go without electronic media. It was a good reminder that we have to be careful. But if you're going to have a media fast you should listen to this talk first because you don't want to miss this talk. It really puts everything into perspective.
