Rodger Dean Duncan, award-winning journalist and leading business consultant, and Ed J. Pinegar, former MTC mission president and former president of the England London Mission, have combined their spiritual and executive knowledge and experiences in a book designed to help members become leaders the Church desperately needs today. Founded on scripture and reinforced by quotes from modern prophets and Apostles, this remarkable book discusses the many leadership opportunities available and the dramatic impact a Christlike leader has on those he or she is responsible for. Leadership for Saints encourages youth leaders to teach, guide, and serve as examples for our precious young people. It teaches quorum leaders to consistently pray for their brethren, to interview them, and understand them. It counsels fathers who wish to preside with righteousness over their homes. It offers strength to mothers who are working with stubborn teenagers, and much more. Whether you are called teacher or coach, brother or sister, father or mother, president or bishop, Leadership for Saints offers gentle support, practical advice, and sensitive counsel for all who wish to become a little more like the Master Teacher.

Best kept secret in leadership training

Brian, - May 02, 2006

I've now listened to the book about 5 times over the past 5 years. It has helped me in my leadership callings tremendously. I have even applied many of the principles in my work life as well. The advice is presented simply with applicable examples. This is a must read for anyone who is a leader (which is everyone because we all lead in some facet of our lives--family, work, community, church, etc.). I highly recommend it to anyone.
