Life has been overly kind to me when it comes to handing me its lessons and forcing growth in all dimensions. Where once there was a young and impetuous bright-eyed youth, there is now an older, impetuous sleepy-eyed hag.

Stacy Anderson, author of The Santa Letters, has had her share of trials as a mother. From making decisions about her career and future to dealing with illness in her family, she has learned that life will continue to teach her lessons in all circumstances. These lessons can be poignant, meaningful, and, in the case of Stacy, quite humorous.

Stacy reveals a life filled with laughter and wit as she chronicles her adventures of being a mother. Join her as she shares 28 life lessons that changed her perspective and helped her grow in character. Full of humor and practical advice, Life is Tough I Doubt I'll Make It Out Alive is sure to inspire mothers everywhere!

A Great Funny Journey Called Motherhood!!!!

Teri, WA - March 15, 2009

This little gem of a book teaches us that life is tough, but by using humor and laughter in our everyday life, we can make it out alive. Stacy sets her book out in 28 lessons and each one teaches us a bit more perspective on each little situation that sometimes gets to us. The fact that we're all beset by the little or big stresses we have, it's how we handle it with grace, courage and humor that lets us build our character. This book I enjoyed reading to my wonderful hubby, even letting him read a lesson to me. This is a great book for husbands and wives to read together. I highly recommend this book.
