Tara, Taylor, and Christian had been singing and dancing for years when they were discovered by Shadow Mountain Records to be the members of Deseret Book's newest group, LOL. One whirlwind of a year later and they are excited to release their very first album, Live Out Loud! Created by music industry professionals who have worked on albums by Hannah Montana, Whitney Houston, and Donny Osmond, Live Out Loud! is a great album for "tweens" and features 11 upbeat songs that encourage kids make good choices and reach for the stars.
"I think positive music is really important for kids our age," group member Tara said. "One of my favorite LOL songs is 'One Way Ticket' because the first line says 'You have dreams, and you have visions.' To me this means that you have a ticket to be anything you want to be. And if I could tell everybody out there one thing it would be that you are awesome and that you can do anything you set your mind to! I really hope that LOL's music inspires you to go out there, to be good, to follow your dreams, and to live out loud."

Honestly, I was a little wary about this little "tween" group. But I was pleasantly surprised! They really have it put together. Their voices sound fantastic and fun. The song "You Can Change" actually was a song I needed to hear and it has a great message for kids and adults. Kid will love this - especially girls 9 - 13.
Best music for any age.

This is such a great CD!! The tunes are catchy, my kids love dancing and singing along. I love it because it has a great message for them! I definitely recommend this one to everyone with kiddos around!

These kids sound like they've been together for years. The songs are very upbeat and with positive message, which is a very pleasant change from other song being played on the radio. I'm buying several CD's and giving them as presents to my coworkers' children. Rosie, Walnut, CA

I have two boys, 8 and 10, who loooove this CD. It's a lot of fun to turn up, sing along, even dance to. And my 8 yr old one day said to me - "Hey mom, I think every single one of these songs has a message to it!" Can't say that about very many songs these days. :)

Bought it for my nephews (9 and 10) and nieces (7 and 8), they couldn't stand it. They kept it to be nice (I think), they laughed at the cover and the music and haven't listened to it since Christmas according their mom.

My kids are hooked on LOL! This has been a great and safe alternative to other popular music that is geared towards kids. I recommend this to anyone with kids around!

This CD is a refreshing change to what my daughter has been wanting to listen to for the last year. There is not much wholesome, uplifting music for a tween these days. The ages of 8-12 are caught between Primary and YW. They feel they are too old for the Primary Songs (at my least my daughter.. 8 trying to go onto 16 way too fast no matter how hard I try to slow her down!) yet they are too young for some of the content on the YW side. I hope to see more items like this come out before Christmas!

My daughter loves this C.D. She played it at a party and all the girls liked it and the Mom's were wondering what it was (they liked it too!) She has one thing to say about this C.D. "It's awesome!"

I am 11, turning 12 soon. I am the only girl morman in my school, and I am the only person my age in my ward, and church in NY is hard because so little people come. Its hard to find teachers who care about the lesson, modest clothing, and friends who except who I am because of what I belive in. There is ton of temtation and hatered all around, its hard to keep the comandments. LOL has helped and inspired me so much. Life is eisier and I can actualy listen to plesant, fun, music. I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE LOL songs. I hope they come up with more songs. LOL has become my heros. LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

I love this CD so much that I just had to write TWO reviews!!!!!!!! I am 11 years old and two of my friends and I are doing a play with the songs of LOL!!!!!!! I love the song Popular because that is what is happening in my life!!!! LOL teaches me more and more about gospel!!!! Buy this cd!!!!!
