Different than any other book!

Love Your Body has literally changed my life. I have been struggling with body image issues for years and this book has helped me in SO many ways. I feel like a completely different person after reading this book. I am happier about who I am and more at peace with food. Brooke Parker writes in a way that is totally relatable and easy to understand. The exercises at the end of each chapter help apply what she says to your own personal life. EVERYONE needs to read this book, no matter who they are. It's different than any other book!
