Pleasantly Surprised

This book will not cure depression, anxiety, etc., but when you feel down it will help you feel better. I'm glad Bro. McLean revealed that he suffers from clinical depression - it helps me feel less alone. The song "You Need Pills" made me laugh and laugh, because I believe as Latter-day Saints we feel guilty when we need medication, feeling like if we have faith we would be healed. I commend Bro. McLean on this marvelous little book, CD, and starting me on my Mission to be happy!
