In this very personal account, John shows us how courage, determination and having a positive attitude can overcome incredible adversities.

It is said to truly know someone, you have to "walk in their shoes". John Stuart delivers a compelling, brave account of living with cerebral palsy. John's ability to live as normal a life as possible takes the reader from crying to cheering for him; from being ashamed of the behavior of our human race, as it displays it's insensitivities to someone who is different than ourselves. You want to reach through the pages and give him a hug.
There is a personal message of hope for every reader of this book. It can make us stop and think what type of person we really want to be. John is an inspiration. The book is funny, sad and ultimately uplifting. A book well worth your time to read.
