Mixing classical influences with sacred hymns, James Conlee brings new interpretations of beloved melodies from both worlds. At times he combines actual pieces as with "Abide With Me/Pachelbel's Canon," "I Often Go Walking/Claire De Lune," and "Beautiful Savior/Sheep May Safely Graze." At other times classical influences are heard more subtly in the arrangements and delivery. One of my all time favorites

I bought this about a year ago because it was on sale and I like music for Sunday mornings. I have since bought several more copies to give as gifts because I love it so much. I love the hymns he chose and combined with the classical influences it is wonderful!
