Product Description
Temple Worship eloquently describes the joys and blessings of temple worship — and how we can get the most out of our temple experience. In this inspiring, practical book, Andrew Skinner shows how the temple represents the "ultimate" in our worship, how temple ordinances are tied to the Atonement, how temple blessings apply to all — especially to those who walk life's road alone — and how the temple prepares us for exaltation. Weaving in personal experiences and statements from modern prophets, he bears witness that the sealing ordinances are a source of great comfort and security, that temples are places of personal revelation, and that unseen beings attend us there. This book will permanently change your feelings about the temple.

Temple Worship and its eternal family prospective
by Edna - reviewed on February 29, 2008
We have in our Ward many new members that have yet to go to the Temple for their Endownments. As a consultant in Family History and just released Relief Society President my greatest concern and quest is to encourage and explain to members how special it is to know of the Temple and its eternal blessings. How to explain so they may feel of the Spirit has been difficult to pass on. This wonderful book has done just that and maintain the sacredness of it all. We are recommending our members to read this book, especially those that are taking the Temple Preparation Classes. As for me it has enhanced my love to continue the exciting work in Family History and reafirm my testimony.
Very Clear & Inspirational

The short chapters divided into different subjects helped better my understanding of the role of the Savior and the endowment in the Plan of Salvation and our eternal progress. This book is easy to understand, including for those not LDS. Helped clarify my understand of the temple ceremony. Bro. Skinner is a very inspired writer.

What a marvelous book! My husband and I read it together on gospelink and were so impressed with the scriptures and quotes of prophets and apostles. We are serving in the temple in Hawaii and this has added much to our study of temple worship. We plan to give this book to our married children for Christmas. Greg and Jill
