Product Description

In a world where the great patriarchs of the Bible still reign, Rebecca and Joshua Plimpton face a terrible struggle to save not only themselves, but a small baby from a power-hungry king, a mighty hunter of the souls of men — Nimrod. Meanwhile, Harry and Steffanie Hawkins must face the warriors of Shinar — and another villain whose objectives are the most chilling of all.

Come ride the whirlwind of adventure as the next generation of Tennis Shoes heroes tests the limits of courage across the spectrum of time!

Once again, hang on to the Cliff for he has done it again!

by Mary I. - reviewed on April 14, 2003

This was no less spectacular than the other Tennis Shoes Books. The only part that puzzled me was the twist that left Megan and her companions hanging until the next book. We hear nothing of them. I can live with that because we are lead to them at the end of this book. Never forget the famous Cliff hangers that are in each Tennis Shoe book!

This book was great

by Kristine - reviewed on March 12, 2003

This book was really good. It took me 11 hours to read, cuz it was so interesting. I have been a fan of the Tennis Shoe books since I was 17. It was really interesting to me because this book is based around the Tower of Babel. I can't wait for the new book to come out in the next year or two.

Yep, they keep getting better.

by Nanette - reviewed on September 23, 2008

As another poster said, they do get better. You wonder how many different adventures they can have, and how can they continue with the characters getting older, but it works out. He adds characters when needed, and they only improve the story.

Intriguing

by Rachel - reviewed on September 22, 2008

These books just get better and better! Each one is full of surprises and thought-provoking twists... especially this one! Chris Heimerdinger is fearless in the license he takes in his writing, which is what makes his stories so incredibly addicting!
