The Triumph of Zion: Our Personal Quest for the New Jerusalem (Paperback)
Popular author and speaker John Pontius has once again written a classic! As the world anticipates its end, we Latter-day Saints are preparing to build the city of Zion. With so much emphasis on building Zion physically on Earth, we sometimes forget that the best place to build Zion is within our own hearts. John Pontius carefully details the importance of Zion in our own lives, opening our eyes to our oft-overlooked obligations and vast privileges. With hundreds of references from the scriptures and the prophets of our dispensation, The Triumph of Zion Our Personal Quest for the New Jerusalem will guide you in obtaining the blessings of Zion for yourself and your family.

My hobby is reading church books. I read on average 3 to 4 books a month. This book I read it last year and it is the best book I have ever read in my entire life. It has changed my life in a most powerful way and in ways I'll probably never be able to fully describe. A must book to have in any LDS home library! Jimmy

I was thrilled to find Triumph of Zion at your store. I have read it several times and have found it to be a great inspiration to me. This book has guided me through a subject that is close to my heart and helped me to better understand the things I have been studying. I hope that John M. Pontius will continue to write for many years to come and continue to share his testimony with us.

this book was a life changer for me

This book "The Triumph Of Zion" by John Pontius was a life changer for me. At the time I read it I was inactive from church and didn't have much hope for the future. The book so clearly outlines blessings that are reserved for this dispensation and how to receive them. It expounds on the scriptures, especially those pertaining to the building of Zion. As I read this book, I was amazed at the blessings that are available to us that are mentioned all throughout the scriptures, but which I had never seen before. The book reveals the step by step journey beginning with where ever you are in life all the way up to the point of receiving the greatest of blessings, including being a part of the building of the latter-day Zion. This book has motivated me to go back to church and to make my way to the temple. I have begun my personal quest to Zion to claim my blessings. The book is in complete harmony with the scriptures and the prophets. It is a treasure for anyone's library. Brother Darrell

Perhaps the strongest review I can give is to say that I have purchased this book for 4 people, not including myself. It is a life changing book and the bedrock doctrine for the experiences mentioned in "Visions of Glory."
