I've had this tote for about 12 years, I love the shoulder strap and handle versatility.
The zipper has a spot that no longer works (I zip it to the spot on both sides and it closes), but the fabric has torn around where the handle attaches on both ends of the handle and I'm afraid it'll completely rip off soon. I can sew, but I can't see how to fix it.
I will probably not buy the same product because I'd like something colorful, otherwise it worked great.
