Product Description
Pianist William Joseph's debut album Within mixes instrumental pop, classical compositions, and reworked rock tunes into an atmospheric m'lange that seems to be aimed at a middle ground between classical and new age. Most likely appealing to fans of lite-classical artists such as Josh Groban and Jim Brickman, Within features Joseph at the piano backed by strings both real and synthesized as well as a shiny layer of orchestral and programmed beats all via the production wizardry of Grammy winner David Foster.

About the Author
A classical piano prodigy, William Joseph was awarded a scholarship at age eight that put him under the tutelage of Russian instructor Stella Saperstein. From that time forward, the Phoenix, AZ, native performed and wrote music and has now garnered a loyal following around the world.
In 2003, while attending a local charity event for legendary boxer Muhammad Ali, Joseph was introduced to Grammy Award-winning producer, David Foster. An impromptu performance of an original composition by Joseph caught Foster’s attention and he invited the young talent to perform that evening. The performance was such a success that Foster began working with Joseph immediately on what would become his major-label solo debut with Warner Bros records.

My Family had the opportunity to hear William perform live this last Christmas with Clay Aiken. He was wonderful. My children were delighted that we purchased his CD. They listen to it all the time. It is moving and very inspirational. It is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your children to this beautiful genre of music.

William Josephs melodies are the kind where your heart just swells within the first few notes and you recognize the song as one that you love.
