DeseretBook.com Auctions / Help / Winning or Closing an AuctionWhat happens after I've won an auction?Once you've won an auction, the seller should contact you within 3 business days, in order to tell you the total price (with shipping), as well as where to send payment. If you are in a hurry, or have not heard from the seller, feel free to contact him. What happens after my auction has been won?Once an auction that you have listed has been won, you should contact the winning bidder within the next 3 business days in order to tell him the total price (including shipping), and where to send the payment to.Your Closing Fee will be assessed and billed to your account. What happens if my auction has closed with no winning bidder? (No bids/reserve wasn't met)If your auction had no winning bidder, either because the auction recieved no bids, or all bids were lower than the reserve price, you don't need to do anything else. Since there was no sale, there is no Closing or Post-Auction fees to be paid, so you are now free to relist the item if you wish, or simply wait until another time.
