This book is the story of Archie Leon Brown and his ancestors, the Rawsons, the Angells, and the Browns, after they joined the Church in its embryonic stage in 1831. Builders of LDS temples, chapels and other sacred edifices these people were and have remained.
There are many accounts from personal journals of fascinating stories not merely of their own contributions to Church history but many revealing anecodtes of great leaders such as Joseph Smith and Brigham Young. The stories bring new insight to the lives of the church members in those early formative years.
Understanding many of these pioneers' backgrounds will help to strengthen every member's testimony and move non-members to search out more truths of these amazing people.
