Laura Mason Brotherson, CFLE, is the author of a groundbreaking book on intimacy and ONEness entitled, And They Were Not Ashamed - Strengthening Marriage through Sexual Fulfillment.She is a marriage and family life educator certified by the National Council on Family Relations, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Family Sciences from Brigham Young University.

Laura shares her passion for building strong marriages and families as an author, intimacy educator, and relationship consultant. She publishes a monthly newsletter entitled, ‘Straight Talk about Strengthening Marriage,’ and speaks in various venues from couples’ cruises and conferences to television and radio shows. She is a frequent presenter at BYU Education Week, and serves on the LDS Marriage Network Executive Committee.

Laura has served as Young Women president, Relief Society president, and Marriage and Family Relations instructor. She currently teaches Gospel Doctrine. Laura and her husband, Kevin, have been married 16 years, and are the parents of three children.
