Dallyn Vail Bayles is a professional actor and singer currently performing around the country with the Broadway tour of The Phantom of the Opera as a Phantom and Raoul understudy. He also performed throughout the United States and parts of Canada, China and South Korea with the national tour of Les Misérables. Dallyn has appeared in several LDS films and productions, including portraying Hyrum Smith in the film Joseph Smith: The Prophet of the Restoration, Alma Richards in Light of the World (performed in the Conference Center during the 2002 Winter Olympics), and Joseph Smith in the new Nauvoo Pageant. He also stars in three of the Liken the Scriptures movies. Dallyn performed as a guest soloist with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on Music and the Spoken Word. He has recorded two solo albums: Prayer and Song of Redeeming Love. Dallyn graduated from Brigham Young University with a BFA in Music Dance Theatre. He and his wife, Rachel, have four children and reside in the New York City area.
