Dixon Leavitt believes that art, at its best, transcends our daily existence, filling us with light. His previous publications include works in An Angel to Watch over My by Sally DeFord and My Dear Sisters by Gordon B. Hinckley. He has also done illustrations for the Ensign magazine. Dixon graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree from Southern Utah University. He grew up in Cedar City, Utah, and currently lives there with his wife and children.
