John L. Harmer was lieutenant governor of California under Ronald Reagan and has served in the California State Senate. He has had forty years of experience as an attorney, an elected public official, and an individual citizen in opposition to the production, distribution and consumption of pornography. He has collaborated on many legal briefs presented to various courts on pornography cases, including the Supreme Court of the United States. He is the author of various publications regarding pornography as well as several nonfiction books.

Ere His Floods of Anger Flow is Harmer’s first entry into the fiction market. In his own words: “It is based on my own personal interpretation of scriptural prophecy. Most of the characters in the book, both good and bad, are based upon experiences I have had with people that I really know.”
