Michael Bedard has been keen on art since the day he could hold something in his hand to draw. He is a figure painter and land-scape artist. Through this genre, Michael collates a visual world of color and mood which resonates in a sensitive, yet powerful interpretations of the human spirit. Michael has exhibited his work in various regional and national competitions.

Michael Bedard was born in Billings, Montana. He currently lives with his wife, Pamela, and their seven children in Nauvoo, Illinois. He received his BFA from Brigham Young University and and MFA from Washington State University.
