About the Author:

Tristi Norton Pinkston has been writing since the age of five, beginning with the escapades of Sue the Dog. Over the years she has dabbled in poetry, personal essays, and fantasy until her 1995 marriage put writing on the back burner for a time.

In the process of writing and rewriting this novel, she has discovered her niche in historical fiction and plans to write many more novels in this genre.

Tristi, her husband Matt, and their children — Caryn, Ammon, and Joseph — currently live in Pleasant Grove, Utah, where Tristi spends most of her time as a home schooling mom and Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, and also serves in the nursery in her ward. She is currently working on her next book.
