Ken Alford

Ken Alford has served in a wide variety of volunteer Seminary and Institute positions since 1983. In addition to his church publications, he has lectured widely and published numerous articles in professional and scholarly journals.

A former missionary to England and Wales, Ken is an active duty Colonel in the U.S. Army serving as a Professor and Department Chair at the National Defense University. He earned a Ph.D. in computer science from George Mason University, two masters degrees, and a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University.

He and his wife, Sherilee, are the parents of four children and live in Springfield, Virginia.
