Online Marketing Internship (Winter 2010)

* Unpaid Internship (+ $500 stipend) *

Assist in the development and tracking of online marketing projects, including working with blogs and other sites to increase product exposure and developing and implementing social networking strategies. Learn how to optimize keywords for Google search, create wordpress and high-end flash sites. Assist with marketing-based emails, and track, analyze and report on online marketing campaigns.

Applicants must be actively pursuing a degree in marketing, business (e-commerce) or communications with an interest and willingness to learn all facets of e-marketing. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be familar with blog software and social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. Understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP and/or any video producing or editing skills a plus but not necessary.
