Feelings Buried Alive Never Die

This is a perspective-changing book, which focuses on recognizing the relationship between thoughts, words, feelings and actions. How those four areas interact - and how we can improve ourselves by changing them - is the main theme of this book. There is also a section on how unhealed feelings can impact health. Some of these areas are very broad, though, and as a nurse, I questioned more than a few of them. Hence, 4 not 5 stars. But the first part of the book was excellent.
