Nice but not up to standard

Customer, UTAH - March 17, 2009

Beautiful illustrations and print, but I had expected this book to be similar to the Book of Mormon version, which offered lots of wonderful commentary at the bottom of each page. In contrast to the Book of Mormon for Latter-Day Saint Families, this version was disappointing--not even the standard footnotes to help cross reference. I felt like the editors cheaped out on this version and while I like the pictures in the book, it's not worth it without the commentaries and historical background (which are so important to understanding the context of the revelations).
