This book doesn't really debunk many myths. It does give you a historical view of where rumors may have originated, but you definitely get the impression that a lot of the "myths" may still be true. The author does very little to "solve" anything.
I found it to be interesting, but don't expect many answers from this book. Most of these myths are impossible to prove or disprove.
