Your experiences:
My experience at The Time out for women was incredible. I especially enjoyed listening to Kris Belcher. She is such an inspiration. My husband is blind and had a similar operation that she had. She helped me to better understand his frustrations and is great faith. Please keep up the great work! Sincerely, Jeannette Lusk

It was my fourth Time out and it was just as if not more fabulous than the other three! I took my daughter-in-law, as I did one previous to the one in Covington. I also took my daughter for the first time! She loved it. Also one of my seminary girls was there too! I felt refreshed and renuew and felt the SWEET ASSURANCE that I am a daughter of God with potenial to do good. Thank you for bringing this experience to so many. We are DEFINITELY looking forward to next year in Indianapolis. I have a non-member friend whom I've already invited to go next year! Keep up the great work. Thank you to ALL the presenters for their fabulous presentations! Cindy Shrack, Dunkirk Indiana

This was my first time going and I now regret that I never made the effort to go to TOFW before. Oh how I needed this spiritual boost! I came home renewed and with more purpose to be better and to remember that I am a daughter of God who loves me and wants me to succeed. The room was filled with the Spirit both days. It was hard to keep back the tears because the messages were so needed and beautifully given. It was also great to laugh and visit with old friends and shop at the bookstore. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it did not last long enough because I didn't want it to end!!! I would have stayed all week if it were possible. I will be back next year! Until then I will keep listening to my Sheri Dew books on tape and read all the books I bought at the bookstore to keep me going. Thank you to all the presenters who took the time to share your testimony and yourself with us. This was one event that will not be forgotten.

I absolutely loved it! the presenters were fantastic and the messages were exactly what I needed to hear. I only wish it could have been longer.

I couldn't keep my eyes dry all afternoon! The music, speakers, and Spirit was incredible! I could really feel the presenters' love of women and their roles. Thank you for a great way to spend a day!

My husband is extremly envious. I come home being soo uplifted that I want the same for my husband.
We would love it if you could include the time out for couples .
We would schedule this every year it came to our area.

She's an important part of TOFW because she really is just one of us. Hilary is a wife and a mother first and foremost; being a brilliant performer is secondary. She's funny and witty but has depth and substance as she shares her testimony of Jesus Christ through her songs.

Do you ever have moments when you think that the entrance to motherhood ought to have a sign proclaiming, “Abandon hope, all ye who enter here”? With her trademark combination of stories and insights, Emily Watts shows just how much there is for moms to hope for (sign not included).
B.S., Therapeutic Recreation, Brigham Young University; author, Hard Times and Holy Places

Marriage and family counselor; nationally recognized speaker and trainer; author, Happily Forever After and If God Loves Me, Why This?
Do you remember the first time you rode a bike without training wheels? How did it go? Did you fall once or twice? Did you have a few bruises to show it? Every life phase has a period of "training time" before we should expect to ride without falling. God, as the ultimate parent, seems to be more patient with our "training time" than we are. Kim teaches four truths that will help you put the falls and the bruises of life in a little better perspective as you see God's love in your experiences.
Ph.D., University of Colorado; former institute instructor; recipient, Orton Literary Award; author, House of Glory, When Your Prayers Seem Unanswered, and What the Scriptures Teach Us about Raising a Child
Though some may believe hope is a gift we either have or don’t have, Michael believes hope is something we create consciously. And he has the scripture stories to back that up. You’ll discover that hope becomes the natural emotional consequence of living key gospel principles.
