Our freezer just went out last month and we had purchased a cow from our taxes last year that should have lasted for 2 to 3 years...it started to thaw out and my husband said refreezing would make us all sick. So I passed out all our storage to neighbors and friends... My brother in law called me last night and said to me "you can bottle meat"...well I have never heard that ever. So...now we will have to wait again to come up with the money for the meat and a new freezer...I have heard that meat that is thawed out would not be good to eat....that is just what I have heard... Hope you still have some meat..God Bless
