What is your go-to hot weather dinners? We are just heading into two months of too hot to cook weather and I am looking to escape the kitchen sometimes. I'm looking for your favorite grilling, crockpotting( is that a word), no cook or don't heat up the kitchen meals. What do you cook when it's too hot? Thanks!
