It's cold, they get bored, what can I do with them?????? Ages 10, 8, 5 - all boys!

Children's Museum at Gateway. There will be something for all the boys. You may not be able to drag them away. Or go to the Clark Planatarium. There are displays and activities there that don't cost money. Or do both. My grandchildren ages, 4, 9 and 12 love both places.

Believe it or not, mine love bowling, The natural history museum at thanksgiving point, ice skating, and even an afternoon at the bookstore with a new book and a treat. If you can find roller skating in the area that is also great and we love the pioneer history museum and Temple square. As long as you do a little at a time and don't try to stay all day. Mine also love games. We don't do it often, so a board game day with special treats is a great way to spend a cold afternoon. I usually make homemade hot chocolate and cookies. They love to help make the cookies and I love to not be the one doing it all the time! Have a wonderful day with your family!

Not in Utah so not familiar with what you have there but we love the public library--books, movies, books on tape--all for free. Play board games. Teach them a skill--be it cooking, cleaning, sewing etc---doesn't matter if you have girls or boys. Service opportunities---help a neighbor, do a chore for Dad, write the missionaries in the ward or family. Scrapbooking--start their own life history. Work on Duty to God, Faith in God, Personal Progress, Scouting, scripture study and scripture mastery. Go hiking--so what if the temps are cooler--we just layer. Enjoy this time---they won't be little for too much longer.
