I am thankful to have been able to attend the Toronto Timeout again but what was more special I had my daughter and daughter-inlaw with me. The spirit lifted me, the music enlightened me and the speaker made it all happen for me. When I got home couldn't wait to tell my husband and boys what an enriching experience it had been. Thank you for coming and making it happen, I look forward to you coming in another 2 years.

It was an incredible! A lot of laughter - my sides ached from so much laughing. The spirit was intense. All the presenters were amazing. A very uplifting weekend. I would highly recommend this event to any woman - no matter your age or marital status. It was awesome and I can't wait to attend another fantastic event.

It was Fantastic!!! I expected it to be after attending the first TOFW in Toronto 2years ago. But when I sat down Friday evening, I was surprised by the powerful feeling of the Spirit. I thought to myself, Why am I surprised? I expected it to be so. But it was even greater than I expected. The Spirit was especially strong through the whole TOFW. I wondered why it was so. I thought perhaps it was because it was on Hope, which comes from Jesus Christ. Therefore the whole weekend was a basically a testimony of Jesus Christ. I don't think we talk and testify of Christ enough. I believe that is why the Spirit was especially strong, because the TOFW was all about Jesus. I took my 3 daughter-in-laws with me to this event. We are about a 3 hr. drive or more so we stayed overnight in a hotel. One of my daughter -in-law's is not a member of our Church, but she really enjoyed it. Our son called to thank me for taking her because she enjoyed it so very much. He said when she arrived home she talked non stop for about 2 hours telling him all about the event. She even bought some things from the bookstore, including a book on raising children. She said her mother would enjoy the event as well. I was happy to be part of the "team" of volunteers and help out where needed. I liked having the sisters bringing things for the Hope kits.....such a great idea. The sister from Africa who bore her testimony about the Hope Kits was very touching and humbling. What a beautiful Spirit! I loved all the speakers and the music. I had never heard of Mercy River before but I sure loved them and enjoy listening to their CD almost every day since the event. We are already planning for the next one in Toronto. It is a little harder to co-ordinate rides etc. when we can't do so at Church. Because of the distance and not enough rides, we are already thinking about renting a bus to go to Toronto so everyone in our ward who wants to go, can. My only regret about this event was that not everyone from our ward was able to come. I feel so bad that they missed out on such an awesome weekend. Just an example of how TOFW's effect on the sisters is the following. There is a sister in our ward who always looks very unhappy and very depressed. The Sunday after TOFW, she was smiling all morning at Church. I could hardly take my eyes off her, she was radiant and just beamed. I spoke to her after and told her how she looked and she said "Well how could I be anything else after TOFW?" Thank you TOFW for coming to Toronto and giving us such a wonderful, inspiring experience. We do hope you will come back. We will do all we can do to inspire others to come to the next one. :) Sincerely, Linda McEachran

I wasn't sure what to expect and I was very tired coming into the event. However, Michael MacLean erased that and Brad Wilcox and Kris Belcher were wonderfully uplifting. I enjoyed the other speakers, but was sorry one was a bit short changed in her presentation time. It was a wonderful weekend. If there was another not too far away, I'd consider going there too, since it will be 2 years before they come back.

This was my third time-out since reactivating in the Gospel. Each time I am sure it will not be better than the last but I am wrong. This one held in my opinion and experience MIRACLES. For my self and I am sure for others attending. Some dealing with physical pain and others dealing with LIFE. I thank all of those who spoke, shared their life experiences and knowledge and talents with me. I also thank those who helped with my family concerns. The spirit was strong and I was truly blessed with what I needed. May the Lord Bless all who are involved with the preparation of these wonderful conferences. I also thank my husband and grandson for their love and support and excitement about my attending this wonderful 2 days. Love and Joy to all, Marla
