Pre-sold box lunches will be available from USU Catering for $8 until Wednesday, September 14th. To reserve your lunch, contact the Utah State University Catering Office by phone (435) 797-1707 or email annie.christensen@usu.edu. The two options are:
1. Chicken Salad Croissant: Diced chicken, grapes, almonds, celery, and green onions in a honey mustard dressing with Romaine lettuce and tomatoes.
2. Mediterranean Wrap: Garlic herb wrap filled with Romaine lettuce, olives, feta cheese, roasted tomatoes, bell pepper, roasted red pepper hummus, red onion, basil and balsamic aioli.
Each lunch comes with: fruit cup, Sunchips, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, lemonade or Sprite.
Tickets can be picked up Friday night at the Catering table near the Kent Concert Hall entrance. A limited number of box lunch tickets will also be sold Friday night, however, the cost at that time will be $10. Box lunches will be distributed on Saturday at the Catering tents in the courtyard. .
Please keep in mind that no outside food is to be brought in to the venue.
