As a Latter-day Saint woman, do you know how much influence you really have? Do you know what Jesus Christ did for you when He atoned and therefore what He is prepared to do for you now? Are you unclear about how to recognize spiritual promptings? In the last days, Satan is doing everything he can to disrupt our lives and derail our happiness. In this live recording, Sheri Dew talks about the traps the adversary uses and offers four empowering truths that will help you to avoid confusion and recognize the principles your spirit has long understood.

This is a quick, easy talk to listen to and full of great advice and truths. I found myself taking notes on everything so I could remember the things she taught. It is always enjoyable to listen to her. This book is directed towards women, but men could get so much out of this audio book as well. I would recommend this book to women and young women. Sheri does not disappoint!
My wife purchased this for our trip home from Salt Lake City to California and it was truly inspiring for both of us. I felt like I had a new appreciation for the role of the Relief Society afterward. Also felt like I had a greater sense for the influence women in the church (including my wife) have. The 4 Truths are just as applicable to me as to the women Sheri was addressing. Can't wait to listen to this one again with a notepad in hand to take down some notes in my journal and a few of the scripture references she makes. Thank you for your testimony, Sheri.
Sheri Dew is phenomenal. She is a wonderful speaker too! So, if you get the opportunity to listen to her, it's especially better. I will say I have a harder time reading her books, yet when I can I push along and do gladly enjoy the read. I think listening to her voice, is rather soothing and brings a sense of awareness which isn't always found when reading a tone which you are not familiar with or cannot hear. I gather wonderful insights which I will gladly share with friends. I recommend this wonderful audiobook CD or MP3, whichever you choose, to my mother.
I've had this CD for 4 years. I had listened to it a couple times while cleaning, making dinner or whatnot. I found it again and decided to listen to it in my car on the way to work. WOW! What a difference! I paid close attention to her message and learned something about myself, who I am as a women, the healing power I can receive through a greater understanding of the Atonement, to pray to know who I am and what The Lord wants me to do and His expectations of me, personally. We have been brought forth at this time on purpose! We are here to become fearless in standing for truth and righteousness. It is still in my car and I have listened to it over and over again. Each time something jumps out and reaches into my heart that I hadn't caught so clearly before. I suggest to ALL to study this talk. It can change your life...truly!
I absolutely LOVE this CD, and have listened to it over and over. Delivered in classic, Sheri Dew style, this CD will uplift and inspire you. Don't let the stormy cover fool you, it will bring sunshine into your day and encourage you to reach new heights!
One of my dear friends handed me this CD to listen to. It was exactly what I needed at the time I listened to it. Sherri is such an uplifting speaker. When she was talking about the fast for the Young Women to receive a testimony that they are daughters of God, the Spirit witnessed to me that I too am a daughter of God. I will soon own a copy.
This CD hit the nail on the head for me and gave me great strength to continue the fight for good in the world. A relevant message for all women - why do we nitpick on each other when there are noble battles to be fought? I especially connected with Sister Dew's feelings on being a 50-something LDS single. I'm planning on buying copies for all of my friends. Great job, Sister Dew!
I have listened to this twice since I got it and plan on listening at least twice more. Sheri always knows what to say and how to say it. Spiritually uplifting and thought provoking. A must for any Sheri Dew fan.
I love hearing Sheri Dew speak. This is one of my favorite talks she has given.
