Life Changing Book

What a profound effect this book has had on my life! I don’t suffer from clinical depression or anxiety, but as an LDS woman, I am very prone to the “perfectionist” mentality. Dr. Moore has done a great service to women and the LDS community by writing this book. Perhaps many of the concepts are not brand new ideas, but Dr. Moore presented them in a way that really penetrated my heart. This may be because she was my physician briefly 10 years ago, and is one of the most gentle, sincere, and loving people I know. She is a true healer. I am sharing “Between Two Minds” with everyone I know. It will be a book I reread at least once a year. I really can’t recommend it highly enough!
