Product Description

"The Lord is hastening His work to gather Israel," declared President Russell M. Nelson. "That gathering is the most important thing taking place on earth today." In this book you'll find answers to questions:

  • So I'm from Ephraim or Manesseh? So what?
  • What does it mean if I'm from another tribe?
  • What does it mean to gather Israel?

As members of the Church, we are often told to obey commandments because we are children of God or because we have been saved for the last days. But isn't everyone on earth right now a child of God who has been saved? What sets Latter-day Saints apart?

We have a birthright! We have been given much—temporally and spiritually. Now it is time for us to use what we have been given to make an eternal difference for people throughout the world—in other words, to gather Israel.

"Don't let the world change you," writes Brad Wilcox, "when you were born to change the world!"

Remember Who You Are

Brother Wilcox came to the Charleston SC Adult Singles Conference just recently in April and I felt very much that it was a tender mercy from our Father in Heaven for me to here Brother Wilcox in person. We did get to here from him some of this new book and it was my joy to stand up on stage and become part of his presentation about the 12 tribes of Israel. Brother Wilcox had only a certain amount of time to present what he could to us and it was fabulous. I was excited to see this on Deseret Books yesterday and was able today to listen to the rest of what I'm sure he would love to have presented at that conference. I have been asking many questions lately of why I'm I here, what is purpose and I believe that Brother Wilcox really takes a scalpel to the story of Twelve Tribes and through his understanding of the gospel, with I'm sure much prayer and fasting, has answered for now questions that I have been pondering. Thanks Brother Wilcox for all you do for our Father in Heaven and for His family.

A family book to treasure!!

Brad hits the nail on the head again with this insightful and inspiring book. A while back my husband and I attended a fireside in which Brad brilliantly had the youth role-play some of the content and treasures found within this book. I remember afterwards actually silently praying that my grandchildren would someday be able to hear Brad’s fireside so that they could more easily and fully understand their part in the gathering of Israel and the history and importance of the twelve tribes. Well my prayers were answered! I can’t wait to give this book and read with them. How fortunate we are to have Brad’s thought provoking and encouraging words on paper!

Short book with a lot of information.

With less than 100 pages, this book is full of gospel knowledge of gathering Israel. Brad Wilcox explains the 12 tribes, how they are lost and scattered and our role in gathering Israel in preparation of the Second coming. "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven" - Brad Wilcox
