Jane has taught many cooking, nutrition, food storage and preparedness classes based upon simple, practical methods of food preparation using basic foods. She believes in eating well without spending all day in the kitchen. For many years she has encouraged personal and family preparedness. Jane is the wife of Jay W. Merrill and mother of six children. They have 28 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and still counting!
